metagrid pro crashes

hello metagrid pro users,

i
installed the latest version of metagrid pro from the app store. unfortunately it crashes always as soon as i want to open the app. also i installed the latest version of metasystem on my pc with win10.
tried to reload the ipad.., uninstall, install again. unfortuuantly still not working.
i am using an ipad 12,9 pro 32gb..something around 2015. ios 15.2.never had any issus with metagrid pro testflight. worked perfectly. also other apps
are working great.
any ideas?

You need to remove the app from your iPad and reinstall it. But first make sure you have got the backup done.

FYI, I was trying a button merge on a layout today and suddenly the app just silently bombed out of memory completely

Please enable sharing crash logs with developers: iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Share With Developers. I will enable us to get more info on the crash.
