Can you please update to MetaServer 3.3.1 and see if it helps on your system? To download the latest version, click MetaServer > Setup > Settings > Check for updates

Hello, I have the same problem, is there a solution by now?

I have OS 12.6.1 on my Mac Pro and two iPads (I tried both WIFI and USB) connected. One iPad 5 / IOS 15.5 which works fine and one iPad 4 / IOS 10.3.3.

Metagrid 1.8.0 is installed on both. Metaserver is version 3.3.1 build 1100.

The iPad 5 works fine, the other shows the current application and toggles it as it should, but the buttons do not trigger any action. Not in Cubase or Safari or the Finder menu.

LxF We are investigating the issue now - it seems that your iPad 4 is a 32-bit device and has issues wit interpreting 8-bit integers - we are currently investigating our options. Thank you for your patience.
